Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 ounces of Frozen 1921 Tequila Blanco
  • 1/4 ounce of dry vermouth
  • 1/8 ounce of olive brine or the juice in the jar
  • Drops of Anis Liquor
Preparation:
Mix in a shaker glass with 3 ice cubes for about 5 seconds, serve in a simple martini glass, decorate with 2 olives full of red pepper and a salted Serrano chili.
